We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Co-Founder & Business Growth Manager. This is not a traditional employment role; instead, it’s an opportunity to become a co-owner and key driver of our business’s growth. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, and an established network in Estonia, we want to hear from you.

Tärkeimmät vastuut:

• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Estonian market and beyond.
• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and increase revenue.
• Strategic Partnerships: Forge relationships with local businesses, agencies, and industry influencers to expand our reach.
• Business Strategy: Work closely with the existing team to refine our service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Team Collaboration: Lead and inspire the team to achieve our business goals while maintaining our company culture and values.
